A Teeny Tiny Treasure

I have never found one of these before on the beaches that are close to the Hybrid Handmade atelier.  The high winds must have washed it ashore from afar.

However, it didn't survive in this house of inquisitive small boys.  It broke in a surprisingly neat way.

A perfect zig zag as if cut by a pair of nautical pinking shears!

  1. It must have a honeycomb structure, like a series of cells to make it break like that. Quite amazing.

  2. Thank you Pamela - and yes, Andrea, it must be. Whilst I was a little sad to see it smashed, in a way, I wouldn't have discovered this intriguing little detail!
